The module will introduce a number of core employability skills and competencies and provide an opportunity to develop your individual skill set.

You will be guided through a process of identifying and setting appropriate learning outcomes which you will work towards during your volunteering.

You will also learn about the process of reflection from a theoretical perspective before putting this theory into practice by reflecting upon your own volunteering experience.
