Global supply chains are inherently risky and complex. The complexity in the supply chain is further accentuated by factors such as globalisation, outsourcing, natural (e.g., Covid-19) or manmade (e.g., Ukraine War) disasters, and climate change. Leaders in today’s organisations struggles to manage increasing complexity of global supply chain. Hence, this course is aimed at addressing this gap and is designed to answer questions such as how to lead in turbulent times.
