You will teach a range of ages within the school but specifically focus on the senior school. Both elements of assessment (the reflective log and the placement report) need to passed in order to pass this module. The reflective journal will be submitted following school experience and assessed in Tri1Wk14. |

All school placement assessments are holistic in nature as they will involve formal observation and satisfactory progress on agreed development targets. Placement assessment is pass/fail and assessed in partnership with school-based mentor(s) and University tutors. Both elements of assessment (the reflective log and the placement report) need to passed in order to pass this module. The assessment will be carried out holistically over the placement, informed by the tutor visit, and written in the final week of placement. |
