Description of module content:

Presentation skills, reflective learning, practical team management, motivation and delegation, self and peer assessment and evaluation, time management, making professional decisions on the basis of incomplete information.
Learning Outcomes for module:

LO1: analyse, evaluate and justify suitable design and construction methods for a development project;
LO2: plan and manage the efforts of the project team and the development planning process;
LO3: present a technical, commercial and financial appraisal of the project in appropriate oral, written and graphic format;
LO4: evaluate and actively reflect on individual efforts and the learning experience during the project.
