Negotiating learning outcomes and planning a practice placement learning experience
Reflection as an integral part of practice and professional development

Promoting best practice, accessing and using the evidence base
Development of professional ethical practice
Working with children, young people and families in the context of health or social care.
Team work
Project management – conference planning
Seminar/poster presentation skills

LO1. Demonstrative effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of practice elective
learning experience with support of personal development tutor/mentor.
LO2. Apply knowledge in care delivery, problem solving and decision making skills under supervision
LO3. Demonstrate effective team participation, organisational and conference presentation skills.
LO4. Develop and implement a personal change to practice based learning outcomes
LO5. Critically reflect, through the use of a journal, on personal, professional, and practice development
