Portfolio | 100 | 1~2~3~4 | Week 14 | , WORDS= See description | Summative assessment will take place through submission of a portfolio of work containing your responses to all assigned coursework tasks. As a guide, the portfolio will contain final video output of around 3 minutes in length, plus supporting process documentation.Portfolio submission provides an opportunity to demonstrate learning across all learning outcomes for the module. The portfolio is due in week 14. The portfolio will present your account of the tasks you have undertaken throughout the module as you have gained and developed an understanding of motion design practice, along with all required deliverable outputs specified in the coursework briefs. In practice, this might look like a pdf or printed process book presenting the story of your contextual project research, your design development process, one or more motion graphics outputs created according to technical specifications set in the project brief, and your own critical evaluation of the success of this output in meeting the aims of the brief. The student-centred portfolio format allows a degree of personalisation in learning throughout the module as you will be encouraged to select and develop your own areas of interest to explore and critically reflect upon. Submissions will be assessed based on assessment criteria provided within the coursework assignment briefs at the beginning of each project. These assessment criteria are mapped onto the learning outcomes for the module allowing you to clearly demonstrate evidence of achievement of the learning outcomes for the module. |
