Learning, Teaching and Assessment (LTA) Approach:
The Learning, teaching and assessment approach has been designed is built around student engagement with core aspects of strategy, leadership and innovation using a blended learning approach. Students will be provided with 12 hours of face-to-face teaching supplemented by online tutorials and resources. The teaching approach will combine both lecture format and case studies, experiential activities and audio-visual practical examples. LO 1, 2 and 4 encourage you to develop critical thinking and evaluation skills, whereas LO 3 builds upon your interpersonal skills.

Formative Assessment:
You will be provided with opportunities for formative feedback and advice will be provided on drafts of your written report.

Summative Assessment:
The module embeds both individual and group work components. A 4000 word individual report offers you the opportunity to study an aspect of leadership, strategy and innovation in depth and produce a critical analysis of the topic, while the oral presentation offers you the opportunity to work collaboratively in groups.
