This will typically include between 15 and 40 images, although the exact number may vary depending on your creative response. Your submission must also include a written statement and image captions, the length and format of which will be determined by the nature of your project.You will work independently over the semester to develop and refine your chosen documentary project, creating a final outcome that is appropriate for a clearly identified audience.Your project may incorporate elements of traditional or contemporary storytelling—such as archival material, text, interviews, or other forms of narrative—depending on your subject and your chosen method of dissemination. Final outputs may take various forms, including a photobook, newspaper, magazine series, portfolio box, or webpage.You will discuss the appropriate number of images and overall scope of your submission with your tutor, in line with the creative ambitions of your project. |

It may include, but is not limited to, visual and written tasks, workshop outcomes, test images, and reflective exercises.You will agree the appropriate number of photographs for your submission through discussion with your tutor, and this decision must be clearly recorded in your workbook. Your tutor will also advise on the expected length and scope of your workbook and written materials, in line with the creative ambition of your project.All components are to be submitted for final summative assessment. |
