Description of module content:

Transfer function representation, block diagram analysis, response in time and frequency domains: Bode plot representation, stability analysis, simple closed-loop PID control system. Use of Matlab Simulink analysis software.
Measurement transducers, signal conditioning, data acquisition, accuracy, speed response, noise reduction techniques. Use of LabView measurement and analysis software.
