Student Activity (Notional Equivalent Study Hours (NESH))
Mode of activityLearning & Teaching ActivityNESH (Study Hours)NESH Description
Face To Face Lecture 18 Information is provided to the students through lectures with real life examples and the lecturers own industrial experience. This can involve presenting actual work that had been carried out to actual product examples from various companies.
Face To Face Tutorial 18 Tutorials and practical's covering taking components and products apart, analysing various methodologies / design methods. As well as the practical element, coaxing creativity and innovation using various techniques and group visual and written work.
Online GROUPIND_STUDY 164 The students take the information from lectures and tutorials and fully plan the scope of work, creative activities through to the report and presentation of the work.
