Description of module content:

Use parameters and relations to control part variation, relationships between parts in an assembly and alternative versions of designs
Create a simulation of a machine that can be interrogated for displacements, velocities, accelerations and forces in machines to create design information
Analyse components by finite elements to assess structural integrity due to dynamic forces
Predict the performance of machines from a simulation of the operation
