LO2: Appraise personal leadership style and its impact within the work environment
LO3: Interpret financial accounts
LO4: Prepare internal accounting information and use it in management decision-making
LO5: Evaluate financial techniques for short and long-term decision-making

Learning Outcomes for module:

The module introduces you to concepts of financial accounting and tools to analyses the health of a company. It also leads you through theories and practices of leadership and then merges the two to look at the ways in which leaders work with financial information dependent upon their styles of leadership. The module looks at budgeting within both a profit making environment and in a not for profit context.
