This will include reviewing how nurses work in the Health and Social Care environment. Approaches to caring for self, within the context of nursing, will be explored and include topics such as; physical and emotional wellbeing, self-compassion, reflection, accessing information, feedback and support from colleagues.Caring for others will include learning about theories such as compassionate care, person centred care and relationship centred care.
