Description of module content:

This module explores core psychological theories within forensic contexts with focus on three themes: psychology in investigative context; psychology of offender characteristics; psychology of forensic decision making. You will review and apply theory and evidence to current criminal justice challenges and reflect upon ethical concerns and professional values in relation to forensic practice. You will demonstrate understanding of key themes in forensic psychology using a range of evidence and resources.
