While working in an area relevant to your studies, you will have the opportunity to develop professional networks and successfully integrate your academic knowledge with professional practice. Through engaging in a work placement, you will explore current concepts, debates, policies, initiatives and funding issues related to your discipline. You are expected to exercise critical thinking, autonomy and initiatives in terms of your practice and learning, and develop and demonstrate a wide range of personal and professional skills. You will also focus on self-assessment, develop your own learning outcomes and engage in reflective practice to enhance your professional confidence and employability.

Upon completion of this module you will be able to
