Description of module content:

This module introduces you to the core concepts and practices of project management, with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes. The aim of the module is to equip you with the essential skills, processes, and tools necessary to plan, monitor, track, and manage project schedules, resources, costs, and quality. You will gain an understanding of how to manage projects, ensuring they are completed successfully within scope, time, and budget.Throughout the module, you will develop key competencies such as critical thinking, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking. You will also have the opportunity to work on real-life case studies, applying your knowledge to plan and manage projects within an assigned time frame and budget.The module covers essential aspects of project management, including project planning, scope definition, time and cost management, stakeholder and communication management, human resource management, risk management, quality and procurement management, project integration, and project closure. Through collaboration and hands-on experience, this module will build your confidence and skills to manage projects effectively in today’s fast-paced business environment.

The assignment aims to enhance your understanding of project management principles and their application in real-world projects.
Project - Practical 40 1~2~3~4 Week 13 HOURS= 2500 words You will work with a team of four to five members to create a project plan using a project management software. The project should consist of the following tasks: Identifying project scope and creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), time allocation, resource allocation, and cost estimation.
