The local tutor works to a Tutor Guide produced by the Module Leader, who also provides the students with their own Study Guide and slides on Moodle. Constant communication between the Programme Team in Hong Kong and on email between the local tutor and the Module Leader ensure that the tutor’s queries are resolved and that the module is delivered in the manner recommended by the Module Leader. The Edinburgh Napier lecturer will deliver lecture material covering LOS 1-3 which represents key concepts and authors. Class analysis of these strategic issues will take place during tutorials. In general, tutorials delivered by local tutors will cover particularly LO4 but also LOS 1-3 are designed to encourage deep learning and will complement the lecture material. Tutorials will involve a mix of case study analysis, review of articles and readings. papers and student presentations, the latter involving student groups selecting and analysing a strategic issue.
