Face To Face | Lecture | 15 | Lectures will present different theoretical concepts and models of decision-making with analytics connected with practicality. In-class debate and discussion: We will use different examples of decision-making with analytics and encourage you to participate in our discussion. This will help you to develop your critical thinking and skills. |
Face To Face | Tutorial | 10 | Within the tutorial, we will have a group discussion on how to make decisions as a leader in an organisation with different analyses from data analysts. You will play two roles: as a leader of an organisation and as a data analyst. |

In this case, you will use analytical software in the computer labs and focus on real business situations. |
