Description of module content:

Global supply chains are inherently risky and complex. The complexity in the supply chain is further accentuated by factors such as globalisation, outsourcing, natural (e.g., Covid-19) or manmade (e.g., Ukraine War) disasters, and climate change. Leaders in today’s organisations struggles to manage increasing complexity of global supply chain. Hence, this course is aimed at addressing this gap and is designed to answer questions such as how to lead in turbulent times. What can business leaders do to manage complexity in their respective supply chains? How to prepare for uncertainty, incorporate sustainability into the supply chain, and build resilient enterprises that can successfully navigate in this testing time?
