The module also deals with routes to competitive advantage , mergers and acquisitions as well as partnerships and collaborations. It equips you with knowledge and abilities in overseeing corporate connections and expansions. Overall, you will gain insight into the elements of executing a strategy such, as adjusting structures nurturing a conducive environment culture, and handling of organisational change adeptly.
