The key subject of knowledge and skills revolves around:Research Skills for Managers: Introduction to business management research, including;Research planning; Research design; Qualitative research methods and data analysis; Quantitative research methods and data analysis; Post-research completion issues and putting your research into actionApplication of practice-based learning and personal development; use in the workplace when undertaking a major project.The subject of the Practice Report and the specific aim(s) and learning outcomes arising from it will be unique to each individual participant. The negotiation of the Proposal will be between you and your university tutor/ academic supervisor.
