Description of module content:

My Development is designed to develop your employability skills that are pivotal to your success as future graduates in a constantly changing environment. This will lay the groundwork for understanding the challenging environment you will operate in. At level 7, My Development will centre around the Career Pulse experience, the employability skills assessed and future application.
Learning Outcomes for module:

LO1 Effectively utilise an online self-awareness tool to assess and identify their employability skills.
LO2 Reflect on and review their own employability skills, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
LO3 Create a personalised and realistic development plan to enhance their employability skills.
