My Development is designed to develop your employability skills that are pivotal to your success as future graduates in a constantly changing environment. This will lay the groundwork for understanding the challenging environment you will operate in. At level 8, My Development will centre around the Forage virtual internship experience, the employability skills developed and future application.

LO1 Apply critical thinking and curiosity to successfully complete a virtual internship related to their studies.
LO2 Critically reflect on the internship experience and evaluate the employability skills applied during a virtual internship.
LO3 Synthesise the knowledge gained from participating in a virtual internship and critically reflecting on the process to identify key areas for future development.
