My Development is designed to develop your employability skills that are pivotal to your success as future graduates in a constantly changing environment. This will lay the groundwork for understanding the challenging environment you will operate in. At level 9, My Development will centre around the SimVenture business simulation experience, the employability skills developed and future application.

LO1 Apply advanced employability skills to the successful completion of a business simulation task.
LO2 Evaluate and critically reflect on the employability skills gained and utilised during the business simulation task, identifying areas of strength and areas for future development.
LO3 Examine the transferability of skills gained during the business simulation task to future career contexts.
