Description of module content:

My Development is designed to develop your employability skills that are pivotal to your success as future graduates in a constantly changing environment. This will lay the groundwork for understanding the challenging environment you will operate in.At level 9, My Development will centre around the Work Based Learning / Live Project experience, the employability skills developed and future application.

Learning Outcomes for module:

Upon completion of this module you will be able to

LO1: Apply advanced employability skills to the successful completion of work-based learning or live project.

LO2: Evaluate and critically reflect on the employability skills gained and utilised during work-based learning or live project, identifying areas of strength and areas for future development.

LO3: Examine the transferability of skills gained during work-based learning or live project to future career contexts.
