This will lay the groundwork for understanding the challenging environment you will operate in. At level 9, My Development will centre around your university / work experiences, the employability skills developed and future application.

1 Develop and apply advanced employability skills by utilising university and / or wider work experiences.
2 Evaluate and critically reflect on career planning and employability skills gained and utilised to date, identifying areas of strength and areas for future development.
3 Examine the transferability of skills gained for future career contexts and develop a professional career plan.
