Description of module content:

My Development is designed to develop your employability skills that are pivotal to your success as future graduates in a constantly changing environment. This will lay the groundwork for understanding the challenging environment you will operate in.At level 10, My Development will centre around the Honours dissertation experience, the employability skills developed and future application.
Learning Outcomes for module:

Upon completion of this module you will be able to

LO1: Apply advanced employability skills to the successful completion of a dissertation project.

LO2: Evaluate and critically reflect on the employability skills used and gained throughout the dissertation process and identify areas of growth and improvement for future professional development.

LO3: Examine the transferability of skills gained during the dissertation experience to future career contexts.
