Description of module content:

This skill-based capstone module will bring together the knowledge and skills acquired during the entire period of your study. It will provide you with a unique perspective on how this particular programme subject matter intersects with the fields of Sustainability; Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (or another contemporary issue that may be proposed by the School Industry Advisory Board). As such, this module will require you to individually identify, analyse and solve major challenges within a contemporary industry perspective. This module focuses on the consolidation of the knowledge that has been gained and encourages its use and application in real world contexts. This capstone project affords you opportunities to learn through active enquiry and research and will be undertaken as a culminating academic and intellectual experience toward the end of the programme. This project is designed so that you are able to demonstrate breadth of learning from the programme through applying knowledge that has been gained to a real world issue.

Face To Face Lecture 6 You will be required to attend a series of formal lectures in weeks 2, 9 and 10.

Project - Written 60 1~2~4~5 Week 13 , WORDS= 7000 words You will be required to produce a 7000 word written Management Report that addresses the supplied scenario.
Report 15 3 Week 13 , WORDS= 1500 You will produce a 1500 word reflection on your individual learning achieved through the process of undertaking the Capstone Project and link this learning to employability skills/attributes that have been developed through your programme.
Oral Assessment 25 1~2~3~4~5 Week 13 HOURS= 15/20 minutes You will be required to deliver a presentation using templated slides that provides a synopsis of your project and foregrounds questioning by the examiners. The questions posed will require you to justify and rationalise your overall study and defend your conclusions and any recommendations.
