Description of module content:

The module will develop your knowledge and understanding of organic chemistry. Specifically, you'll take a deeper look at different organic compounds (including biological macromolecules), their structure, and how they react. Your knowledge of reaction mechanisms and how isomerism impacts on reactivity will also be developed.
