You will examine the roles and responsibilities of the supervisor to understand essential leadership duties. Next, you will focus on managing yourself effectively, where you will develop time-management and communication skills. You will also learn how to manage processes by covering planning, organization, and change management. In addition, you will study ways to manage people, including leadership, motivation, team-working, and handling conflict, discipline, and grievances. Finally, you will concentrate on developing others through conducting appraisals, identifying development needs, and coaching practical skills.
